The 10th Scientific Conference
(Current Challenges and Updates in Pharmacy Education and Research)

The submission instructions for the 10th International Conference of the University of Baghdad College of Pharmacy (June 2nd-3rd, 2022):
- The submission due date will be 11 PM on May 20, 2022.
- The submission should be done through the conference website (after registering in the indico).
- The submission can be either published recently (2019-2022) or unpublished research articles.
- There will be limited spots for the live presentations; thus, the priority for the earlier submissions having high quality.
- The authors should select the track of their submission (see the conference tracks please).
- There will be three types of the conference participations: Live presentation (10-15 minutes), recorded presentation (5 minutes) or in-person poster exhibition on the first day of the conference (June 2nd, 10 AM-12 PM).
- All the submissions will be reviewed by the Conference Scientific Committee to determine its acceptance and the type of presentation/participation.
- The participants can identify the type of presentation at the submission, but the Conference Scientific Committee has the last say to confirm the allocation according to the available time, abstract quality and number of submissions (the priority for the earlier submissions).
- If the authors/presenters are willing to submit the manuscript for publications in the Iraqi Journal of Pharmaceutical Sciences (IJPS)(Scopus indexed), the unpublished manuscripts can undergo initial peer-reviews by the conference Scientific Committee to determine its eligibility and can be referred to the college journal (IJPS) to undergo a regular peer-review process of the journal and in case of acceptance by the journal reviewers (please see the IJPS instructions and fees). https://bijps.uobaghdad.edu.iq/index.php/bijps
- There will be special issue of the IJPS for the conference.
- Presenters should provide their email to be contacted by the Scientific Committee by email in case of acceptance.
- Accepted submissions should have the conference logo in the fist slide of the presentation and on the hard copy of the poster .
- Presenters should email their slides/recording and softcopy of the poster to the Scientific Committee at least a week before the conference via [email protected] and [email protected].
- Live session presenter should email their biography in addition slides to the Organizing Committee [email protected].
- Recorded poster includes a 5 -minute presentation with PowerPoint slides and open camera. The recorded posters will be displaying on the conference website and during the 2nd day (7-8 PM).
- The hard copy poster should be available with the presenter (in-person) at the college on the first day (10 AM-12 PM, June 2nd). The dimensions of the hardcopy poster will be announced later. With regards of The Scientific Committee of the Conference
