In Silico Studies, Synthesis, and Preliminary Cytotoxicity Evaluation of New Oxazole Derivatives.
Objective
Design histone deacetylase inhibitors with new zinc binding of heterocyclic five membered oxazole ring using a molecular docking studies.
Conclusions
The docking study shows that most of the proposed compounds have comparable or slightly superior docking score than the reference drug Vorinostat (SAHA).
