Under the supervision of Professor Dr. Alaa Nafi Jassim, Director of the Center, the Manuscripts Department at the Center for the Revival of Arab Scientific Heritage / University of Baghdad organized a discussion panel on Wednesday morning, 11/22/2023, in the presence of a number of professors and researchers, and in the hall of Professor Nabila Abdel Moneim in our center. (Food industries in the Arab-Islamic heritage).
The first lecture was given by Prof. Dr. Maryam Mal Allah and M.D. Raed Muhammad Khalaf, a lecturer at the University of Baghdad / College of Agriculture, and the title of their research is (Nutritional Integration in Some Popular Foods). The research dealt with integration as a term meaning the completion of something and complementing each other.
