A three-day training course on the update of orthodontic bonding will be given as part of the continuous education program at the Orthodontic department/College of Dentistry/ University of Baghdad. The course is shedding the light on the essential orthodontic materials; their primary constituents, contemporary classification, surface interaction and recent combination with remineralizing or antibacterial materials. In addition, recent bonding positions and variations according to the prescription systems, and the interaction of orthodontic bonding materials with the ceramics and porcelain materials are discussed.
