تُعد حقوق الأقليات جزءاً لا يتجزأ من حقوق الإنسان، وتهدف إلى ضمان المساواة الجوهرية ومنع التمييز ضدهم، مع احترام هويتهم الثقافية والدينية واللغوية المميزة. يقتضي دور الدولة توفير الحماية القانونية والمؤسسية لهذه الفئات، وتمكينها من المشاركة الكاملة والفعالة في جميع جوانب الحياة المدنية والسياسية والاقتصادية دون إقصاء.
Minority rights are an integral part of human rights, aiming to guarantee substantive equality and prevent discrimination against them, while respecting their distinct cultural, religious, and linguistic identities. The state's role requires providing legal and institutional protection for these groups, enabling their full and effective participation in all aspects of civic, political, and economic life without exclusion.
