طرقت الورشة الى المعايير الحاكمة في اختيار مشكلة بحثية سبق وأن تمت دراستها
مع امكانية دراستها مرة أخرى في حال توفر فيها واحداً من هذه المعايير والمتمثلة
1- أختلاف مجتمع الدراسة
2-دراسة زاوية أخرى في المشكلة أو ثيمة في نفس الزواية
3-مرور مدة وفاصلة زمنية طويلة أدت الى احتمالية كبيرة في الوصول الى نتائج مختلفة
4-طرح فرضيات جديدة
كذلك طرحت الورشة جملة من الأشكاليات في توصيف العديد من مفاهيم مناهج البحث العلمي فيما يخص منهجة مشكلة البحث، فضلاً عن العديد من الإجراءات المنهجية، علها أهمها فك التشابك في الرؤى حول أدوات البحث وكيفية اختيار ما هو مناسب للمشكلة البحثية قيد الدرس، تطرقت الورشة ايضاً الى ضرورة تمتع طالب الدراسات العليا وتدريب ذهنه على التمكن في تناوله واستحصاله للمعرفة، مؤكدة استحالة الفهم وتناول المشكلة البحثية بشكل صحيح في حال طرأ خلل في هذا الاستحصال، كذلك تطرقت الورشة الى ظاهرة عدم فهم الهوية والمودل البحثي لبحوث الإعلام في ظل صراع وجهات النظر بخصوص هذا الموضوع، ما وصل بالكثير من البحوث والدراسات الى الابتعاد عن ميدان الإعلام والاقتراب أكثر بدراسة مشكلات بحثية تنتمي علمياً وشرعياً الى ميادين الاجتماع وعلم النفس والسياسة والقانون والاقتصاد والفنون الجميلة..
ختام الورشة الح الحضور على تكرار هذه الورش التي تتناول هماً بحثياً ومنهجياً في ثيمة هي الاصل في كتابة الرسائل والأطاريح واعداً الأستاذ باقامة ورش مشابهة
The workshop addressed the criteria governing the selection of a research problem that has already been studied. It also addressed the possibility of re-studying it if one of these criteria is met:
1. A different study population.
2. Studying a different angle on the problem or a theme from the same angle.
3. The passage of a long period of time, leading to a high probability of arriving at different results.
4. Proposing new hypotheses.
The workshop also raised a number of problems in describing many concepts of scientific research methods regarding the systematization of the research problem, as well as numerous methodological procedures, perhaps the most important of which is untangling the visions surrounding research tools and how to choose what is appropriate for the research problem under study. The workshop also addressed the necessity for graduate students to possess and train their minds to master their approach and acquisition of knowledge, emphasizing the impossibility of understanding and approaching the research problem correctly if there is a defect in this acquisition. The workshop also addressed the phenomenon of a lack of understanding of identity and the research model of media research, given the conflicting viewpoints on this topic, which has led to many research studies being inconclusive.
