• ELISA technology designed to detect and measure peptides, proteins, antibodies and hormones. This technology is widely used in medical laboratories to confirm the presence of a specific antigen or antibody in the patient's blood.
• There are four basic types of ELISA technology, which allows a good degree of flexibility that can be modified based on the available antibodies, the required results, or the complexity of the samples. These are Direct ELISA, Indirect ELISA, Sandwich ELISA and Competitive ELISA.
