Scientific cooperation of the Faculty of Agricultural Engineering Sciences with foreign universities

In light of activating memorandums of scientific cooperation between Iraqi and Iranian universities, the Department of Field Crops Sciences, represnted by the chairman Professor Dr. Ahmed Hamid along with the academic staff member, Dr. Ammar Al Zubade, Dr. Raam Shaker and Dr. Intsar Hadi. A scientific cooperation was jointly established with the Iranian University of Urmia and the Research Institute of Food Science and Technology on Tuesday and Wednesday 6 and 7 Nov.2023.The agreement between both parties included the start of scientific cooperation through holding joint seminars between the academic lecturers of the two universities, in addition to joint scientific publishing of research within one specialty for the purpose of publishing in international journals, in addition to evaluating scientific research and continuous communication in developing all aspects. This scientific activity is within the policy of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research to enhance cooperation between Iraqi and Iranian universities.
At the end of the meeting, both parties show their interest and willingness to continue of meetings between them on a regular and ongoing basis for the purpose of strengthening this cooperation.
