BEGIN:VCALENDAR VERSION:2.0 PRODID:-//CERN//INDICO//EN BEGIN:VEVENT SUMMARY:فن إدارة الازمات بين الماضي والحاضر/ / The art of crisis management: past and present [ندوة] DTSTART;VALUE=DATE-TIME:20260407T070000Z DTEND;VALUE=DATE-TIME:20260407T090000Z DTSTAMP;VALUE=DATE-TIME:20260919T102300Z UID:indico-event-29971@events.uobaghdad.edu.iq DESCRIPTION:Speakers: د انس اسماعيل (مركز احياء الت راث)\n\nندوة علمية نظم قسم العلوم الصرفة ف ي مركز احياء التراث العلمي العربي \\ جامع ة بغداد صباح يوم الثلاثاء الموافق ٧\\٤\\٢٠ ٢٦ ندوته العلمية الموسومة ( فن إدارة الاز مات بين الماضي والحاضر ) بحضور نخبة من ال أساتذة والباحثين فضلاً عن حضور مميز لوفد من مسجد الكوفة المعظم . ترأست جلستها الد كتورة سندس زيدان خلف التدريسية في مركزنا استهلت فيها بكلمة افتتاحية رحبت فيها با لحضور مؤكدةً أهمية موضوع إدارة الأزمات ف ي ظل التحديات المتسارعة التي يشهدها العا لم كما أشارت إلى أن الندوة تهدف إلى تسليط الضوء على الخبرات التاريخية في التعامل مع الأزمات وربطها بالمعطيات الحديثة بما يسهم في بناء رؤى علمية وعملية أكثر كفاءة. واستعرضت في مقدمتها أبرز محاور الندوة و التي تمثلت في دراسة الأزمات عبر الزمن وت حليل أسبابها وطرح سبل معالجتها مع التركي ز على النماذج المعاصرة التي تمس الواقع ا لحالي وأبرز البحوث للمدرس المساعد هند عا مر فاضل التدريسية في مركزنا متحدثة عن إد ارة الأزمات عبر الزمن و دروس الماضي ورؤى الحاضر حيث تناولت فيها تطور أساليب إدارة الأزمات عبر العصور وأبرزت أهمية الاستفا دة من التجارب التاريخية في تطوير آليات ا لتعامل مع الأزمات الراهنة . حيث اضافت الم درس المساعد وسن عادل عبد الوهاب التدريسي ة في مركزنا ورقتها البحثية عن الأزمة الس ياسية في العراق أسبابها وسبل علاجها شح ا لمياه أنموذجاً والتي ناقشت فيها أسباب ال أزمات السياسية مع التركيز على أزمة شح ال مياه وتأثيراتها واقتراح عدد من الحلول ال ممكنة لمعالجتها. كما شهدت الندوة تقديم ع دد من البحوث الأخرى التي أسهمت في إثراء ا لنقاش العلمي وتعميق فهم موضوع إدارة الأز مات من زوايا متعددة. كما خرجت الندوة بعدد من التوصيات أهمها تعزيز تبادل الخبرات ا لعلمية بين المؤسسات الأكاديمية والإفادة من التجارب التاريخية في مواجهة الأزمات المعاصرة ودعم الدراسات والبحوث التطبيقي ة في مجال إدارة الأزمات وتطوير استراتيجي ات فعالة للتعامل مع التحديات الراهنة لا سيما في مجالي المياه والسياسة . The Department o f Pure Sciences at the Arab Scientific Heritage Revival Center / Universit y of Baghdad organized its scientific seminar on the morning of Tuesday\, 7/4/2026\, entitled “The Art of Crisis Management: Between the Past and the Present\,” with the attendance of a distinguished group of professor s and researchers\, as well as a notable delegation from the Great Mosque of Kufa. The session was chaired by Dr. Sundus Zaidan Khalaf\, a faculty member at the Center\, who opened the seminar with welcoming remarks\, emp hasizing the importance of crisis management in light of the rapidly evolv ing global challenges. She also noted that the seminar aimed to shed light on historical experiences in dealing with crises and linking them to cont emporary data in a way that contributes to building more efficient scienti fic and practical visions. The seminar outlined its key themes\, which in cluded studying crises across time\, analyzing their causes\, and proposin g ways to address them\, with a focus on contemporary models relevant to c urrent realities. Among the أبرز presentations was that of Assistant L ecturer Hind Amer Fadhil\, who discussed crisis management through the age s\, highlighting lessons from the past and perspectives of the present. Sh e examined the development of crisis management approaches over time and e mphasized the importance of benefiting from historical experiences in addr essing current crises. Assistant Lecturer Wasan Adel Abdul Wahab\, also f rom the Center\, presented her research paper on “The Political Crisis i n Iraq: Causes and Solutions – Water Scarcity as a Model\,” in which s he analyzed the causes of political crises\, focusing on water scarcity an d its impacts\, and proposed a number of possible solutions. The seminar also featured several other research presentations that enriched the acade mic discussion and deepened the understanding of crisis management from mu ltiple perspectives. The seminar concluded with a set of recommendations\ , enhancing the exchange of scientific expertise among academic institutio ns\, benefiting from historical experiences in confronting contemporary cr ises\, supporting applied research in crisis management\, and developing e ffective strategies to address current challenges\, particularly in the fi elds of water and politics. \n\nhttps://events.uobaghdad.edu.iq/event/299 71/ LOCATION:قاعه المركز (مركز احياء التراث العل مي العربي ) URL:https://events.uobaghdad.edu.iq/event/29971/ END:VEVENT END:VCALENDAR
