 احثين والمهتمين بالجانب الإعلامي . ألقت 
 الورشة المدرس الدكتورة شهد حيدر عبود من 
 قسم الاعلام والاتصال الحكومي في رئاسة جا
 معة بغداد متحدثة عن اهمية الرقابة الاعلا
 مية ومفهوم وأنواع الرقابة وكذلك دور الاع
 لام الرقابي في مكافحة الفساد فضلا عن الو
 ظائف والأدوار التي يجب على مختلف المؤسسا
 ت الاعلامية العمل بها لتحقيق اعلى قدر من 
 الشفافية والموضوعية في نقل الاخبار والم
 علومات . حيث تطرقت الورشة إلى اهمية الرسا
 لة الإعلامية ودورها في المجتمع وإعداد دو
 رات بشكل دائم لتطوير عمل القائمين بمجال 
 الاعلام وكيفية تغطية ونقل المعلومات بشك
 ل حيادي دون انحياز لجهة ما دون أخرى وان ا
 لرسالة الاعلامية هي هدف إنساني نبيل واما
 نة لابد من إيصالها إلى الجمهور بكل صدق وو
 ضوح. وختاماً شهدت الورشة تفاعلاً من الحض
 ور عبر طرح الأسئلة والمداخلات التي تناول
 ت التحديات التي تواجه الاعلام الرقابي في
  ظل التطورات الرقمية وانتشار وسائل التوا
 صل الاجتماعي فضلاً عن الحاجة الى تطوير م
 هارات الإعلاميين في مجالات التحقيق الصح
 في والتدقيق المعلوماتي .The Media and Government Commu
 nication Unit at the Center for the Revival of Scientific Heritage at the 
 University of Baghdad organized a workshop on Sunday 15/2/2026\, at 10:00 
 a.m.\, entitled “The Role of Oversight Media in Combating Corruption.”
  The workshop was held in the hall of Professor Nabila Abdul-Munim Dawood 
 and was attended by a number of professors\, researchers\, and those inter
 ested in media affairs.The workshop was delivered by Lecturer Dr. Shahd Ha
 ider Aboud from the Department of Media and Government Communication at th
 e Presidency of the University of Baghdad. She discussed the importance of
  media oversight\, its concept and types\, as well as the role of oversigh
 t media in combating corruption. She also highlighted the functions and ro
 les that various media institutions should adopt in order to achieve the h
 ighest levels of transparency and objectivity in reporting news and inform
 ation.The workshop also addressed the importance of the media message and 
 its role in society\, emphasizing the need to organize continuous training
  courses to develop the skills of media professionals and improve their ab
 ility to cover and convey information impartially\, without bias toward an
 y party. It stressed that the media message is a noble humanitarian missio
 n and a responsibility that must be delivered to the public with honesty a
 nd clarity.In conclusion\, the workshop witnessed active engagement from t
 he attendees through questions and discussions addressing the challenges f
 acing oversight media in light of digital developments and the spread of s
 ocial media\, as well as the need to enhance journalists’ skills in inve
