BEGIN:VCALENDAR VERSION:2.0 PRODID:-//CERN//INDICO//EN BEGIN:VEVENT SUMMARY:فقه الأولويات في القرآن الكريم // The ju risprudence of priorities in the Holy Quran [محاضرة] DTSTART;VALUE=DATE-TIME:20260512T070000Z DTEND;VALUE=DATE-TIME:20260512T090000Z DTSTAMP;VALUE=DATE-TIME:20260613T021100Z UID:indico-event-29415@events.uobaghdad.edu.iq CONTACT:hend.a@rashc.uobaghdad.edu.iq DESCRIPTION:Speakers: م.م.هند عامر (مركز احياء التر اث العلمي العربي)\n\nنظم مركز إحياء التراث العلمي العربي في جامعة بغداد صباح يوم ال ثلاثاء الموافق 2026/5/12 سميناراً علمياً بعن وان (فقه الأولويات في القرآن الكريم) ألقت ه المدرس المساعد هند عامر محمد التدريسية في مركزنا وبحضور عدد من الاساتذة والباح ثين وذلك على قاعة الأستاذ نبيلة عبد المن عم داود بمقر المركز.تحدثت الباحثة عن الم فهوم الجوهري لـ "فقه الأولويات" موجهةً ال ضوء نحو المنهج القرآني في ترتيب الأعمال والأحكام حيث تركزت الفقه على قاعدة تقديم الأهم على المهم وتغليب المصالح الكبرى ل لدين والحياة واهمية النص القرآني على أول وية العقيدة والإيمان كقاعدة أساسية تسبق الأحكام والتفاصيلمؤكدةً أن مقاصد الشريع ة تُعلي من شأن حفظ النفس وإرساء قيم العدل والرحمة ومصالح الناس العامة فوق الأمور الثانوية والجزئيةكما تخلل السمينار عرضا ً وشرحاً مفصلاً لترتيب الأعمال الصالحة ف ي القرآن مثل بر الوالدين وإقامة الصلاة و الإصلاح بين الناس وبيان أثر هذا الفقه في تحقيق التوازن النفسي والاجتماعي للمسلم ووضع كل أمر في مكانه الصحيح بما يخدم غايا ت الشريعة السمحاء.وفي ختام المحاضرة جرت مداخلات علمية مستفيضة من قبل السادة الحض ور أغنت الموضوع بآراء أكاديمية وتراثية ر صينة عكست دور المركز المستمر في إحياء ال فكر العلمي العربي الإسلامي ومعالجة القض ايا الفكرية المعاصرة برؤية تراثية اسلام ية أصيلة.The researcher discussed the fundamental concept of "the j urisprudence of priorities\," highlighting the Qur'anic methodology for pr ioritizing actions and rulings. She explained that this jurisprudence focu ses on the principle of prioritizing the most important over the merely im portant\, giving precedence to the greater interests of religion and life\ , and emphasizing the importance of the Qur'anic text itself. She stressed the primacy of faith and belief as a fundamental principle preceding ruli ngs and details. She affirmed that the objectives of Islamic law (Sharia) elevate the preservation of life\, the establishment of the values ​​o f justice and mercy\, and the general welfare of people above secondary an d minor matters. The seminar also included a detailed presentation and exp lanation of the order of righteous deeds in the Qur'an\, such as honoring parents\, performing prayer\, and reconciling people. It further demonstra ted the impact of this jurisprudence on achieving psychological and social balance for Muslims and placing everything in its proper context in servi ce of the goals of Islamic law.
