 لنفعية. وأكدت الباحثة خلال عرضها أن تحلي

 لعلاقة الأسرية بل يمتد للكشف عن المنظومة
  القيمية العميقة التي تحكم الروابط الاجت

 اء. وفي الختام أكدت الباحثة على مفاهيم في
  مجملها أهمية استنطاق التراث الشعبي لإعا
 دة قراءة هويتنا الاجتماعية ليبقى مركز إح
 ياء التراث منبراً فكرياً يربط بين أصالة 
 الماضي ومتطلبات الفهم المعاصر.On Tuesday morning
 \, May 5\, 2026\, at 11:00 AM\, the Center for the Revival of Arab Scienti
 fic Heritage at the University of Baghdad organized a scientific seminar e
 ntitled "The Image of the Brother in Iraqi Proverbs." The lecture was deli
 vered by Assistant Lecturer Juman Adnan Hussein\, a faculty member at our 
 center\, in the Professor Nabila Abdul-Munim Dawood Hall. She discussed ho
 w proverbs occupy a distinguished place in the collective memory of people
 s\, laden with wisdom\, critique\, and guidance. In the Iraqi context\, pr
 overbs have emerged as a powerful means of expressing societal values ​
 ​and concepts related to family\, honor\, and generosity. She explained 
 the role of the brother as a symbol of protection\, support\, and partners
 hip in life\, portraying him as a multifaceted figure ranging from emotion
 al idealism to pragmatic realism. During her presentation\, the researcher
  emphasized that analyzing the image of the brother in proverbs aims not o
 nly to understand family relationships but also to uncover the deep value 
 system that governs social bonds in Iraqi society and to observe the shift
 s in thinking patterns across generations\, where the brother remains the 
 irreplaceable pillar in times of both prosperity and adversity. In conclus
 ion\, the researcher emphasized concepts that\, in their entirety\, are im
 portant for interpreting popular heritage to reread our social identity\, 
 so that the Heritage Revival Center remains an intellectual platform that 
 links the authenticity of the past with the requirements of contemporary u
