BEGIN:VCALENDAR VERSION:2.0 PRODID:-//CERN//INDICO//EN BEGIN:VEVENT SUMMARY:تاريخ مشاركة المرأة في المجتمع المد ني في العراق // History of women's participation in civil societ y in Iraq [محاضرة] DTSTART;VALUE=DATE-TIME:20260503T070000Z DTEND;VALUE=DATE-TIME:20260503T090000Z DTSTAMP;VALUE=DATE-TIME:20260613T054100Z UID:indico-event-29409@events.uobaghdad.edu.iq CONTACT:zainab.k@rashc.uobaghdad.edu.iq DESCRIPTION:Speakers: م.م. زينب خالد (مركز احياء الت راث العلمي العربي)\n\nنظم مركز احياء الترا ث العلمي العربي في جامعة بغداد صباح يوم ا لاثنين الموافق ٢٠٢٦/٥/٤ سمناراً علمياً ب عنوان ( تاريخ مشاركة المرأة في المجتمع ال مدني في العراق ) ألقت المحاضرة المدرس الم ساعد زينب خالد محمد التدريسية في مركزنا وبحضور عدد من الأساتذة والباحثين وعلى قا عة الاستاذة نبيلة عبد المنعم داود استعرض ت الباحثة في مستهل محاضرتها بدايات القرن العشرين معتبرة أن تعليم المرأة في العشر ينيات كان الشرارة الأولى لاندماجها في ال مؤسسات الحديثة وتوقفت عند الدور الريادي لـ “بولينا حسون” التي وضعت اللبنات الأو لى للوعي المدني النسوي عبر الصحافة والعم ل العام. واوضحت التحليل في حقبة الثلاثين يات والأربعينيات حيث وصفتها الباحثة بمر حلة “التثبيت المهني” مستشهدة بنموذج “ص بيحة الشيخ داود” التي مهدت الطريق للمرأ ة في مجالي القانون والطب مما نقل حضورها م ن الهامش إلى صلب مؤسسات الدولة كما أشارت إلى نضج هذا الدور في الخمسينيات عبر ازده ار المرأة في العمل التنظيمي والسياسي الم نظم. موكدةً أن مسار التمدن النسوي وصل إلى ذروته في عام ١٩٥٩ حينما دخلت المرأة السل طة التنفيذية رسمياً بتعيين “نزيهة الدلي مي” كأول وزيرة في تاريخ العراق والوطن ال عربي وهو ما اعتبرته إعلاناً عن اكتمال ان دماج المرأة في كيان الدولة الحديثة. وختا ماً ركزت الباحثة أن مشاركة المرأة العراق ية لم تكن مجرد نشاط اجتماعي بل كانت جزءاً بنيوياً من عملية انتقال المجتمع العراقي من الأطر التقليدية إلى النظام المؤسسي ا لحديث. وقد تخلل السمنار مداخلات علمية رص ينة من الحضور أشادت بالمنهجية التي اتبعت ها الباحثة في ربط التحول التاريخي للمرأة بعملية التمدن الشاملة في البلاد.On Monday morn ing\, May 4\, 2026\, the Center for the Revival of Arab Scientific Heritag e at the University of Baghdad organized a scientific seminar entitled "Th e History of Women's Participation in Civil Society in Iraq." The lecture was delivered by Assistant Lecturer Zainab Khalid Muhammad\, a faculty mem ber at our center\, and was attended by a number of professors and researc hers. In the Nabila Abdul-Munim Dawood Hall\, the researcher began her lec ture by reviewing the early 20th century\, considering women's education i n the 1920s as the initial spark for their integration into modern institu tions. She highlighted the pioneering role of Paulina Hassoun\, who laid t he foundations for women's civic awareness through journalism and public a ctivism. She then analyzed the 1930s and 1940s\, describing it as a period of "professional consolidation\," citing the example of Sabiha al-Sheikh Dawood\, who paved the way for women in the fields of law and medicine\, t hus moving their presence from the margins to the heart of state instituti ons. She also noted the maturation of this role in the 1950s through the f lourishing of women's participation in organized political and organizatio nal work. She emphasized that the feminist movement reached its zenith in 1959 when women officially entered the executive branch with the appointme nt of Naziha al-Dulaimi as the first female minister in the history of Ira q and the Arab world\, which she considered a declaration of the complete integration of women into the modern state. In conclusion\, the researcher stressed that the participation of Iraqi women was not merely a social ac tivity but a structural component of the Iraqi society's transition from t raditional frameworks to a modern institutional system.
