hazards are any chemical/agents that can cause illness, injury, or an emergency.

the mechanism /target of toxicity of hazards may vary, but they are similar that they don't present  a physical hazard.

their primary hazard is their long-term or acute toxicity- most commonly via inhalation, digestion, or skin contact .
