 لقسم.وهدفت الورشة إلى تسليط الضوء على ال
 أسس العلمية لدور الأحياء المجهرية في الت
 ربة، وسلوكها في زيادة تحسين خصوبة التربة
  وزيادة الإنتاج الزراعي. وتضمنت محاضرة ق
 يمة قدمتها المدرس المساعد وجدان طالب كاظ
 م.وخرجت بمجموعة من التوصيات، أبرزها تعزي
 ز الإدارة الحيوية بشكل مستدام والتعامل م
 ع ملوحة التربة في المناطق المتأثرة بالمل
 وحة، وإجراء اختبارات التربة الدورية وال
 حد من الاستخدام العشوائي للمبيدات لضمان 
 الاستدامة.وجاءت هذه الورشة تحقيقاً لأهد
 اف التنمية المستدامة، لا سيما الهدف الرا
 بع (التعليم الجيد).A Workshop on the Role of Soil Microorgan
 isms Organized by the College of Agricultural Engineering SciencesThe Depa
 rtment of Soil Science and Water Resources\, in cooperation with the Conti
 nuing Education Unit\, organized a specialized scientific workshop entitle
 d “The Role of Soil Microorganisms in Improving Soil Fertility.” The w
 orkshop was held under the patronage of the Dean of the College of Agricul
 tural Engineering Sciences\, Prof. Dr. Ameera Mohammed Saleh\, and under t
 he supervision of the Head of the Department\, Assistant Prof. Dr. Ahmed A
 bdul Wahab Abdul Redha\, with the attendance of a number of the department
 ’s academic staff members.The workshop aimed to highlight the scientific
  foundations of the role of microorganisms in soil and their behavior in i
 mproving soil fertility and increasing agricultural production. The worksh
 op included a valuable lecture delivered by Assistant Lecturer Wijdan Tali
 b Kazem.The workshop concluded with a set of recommendations\, most notabl
 y promoting sustainable biological management\, addressing soil salinity i
 n salt-affected areas\, conducting periodic soil tests\, and limiting the 
 random use of pesticides to ensure sustainability.This workshop was conduc
 ted in support of the Sustainable Development Goals\, particularly Goal 4:
