 ُعد تعاطي المخدرات بين الفتيات من القضاي
 ا الاجتماعية والصحية المهمة، حيث تتداخل 
 فيه عوامل نفسية واجتماعية وثقافية. من أب
 رز الأسباب: الضغوط النفسية مثل القلق وال
 اكتئاب، وضعف الوعي بمخاطر التعاطي، وتأث
 ير الأصدقاء، إضافة إلى التفكك الأسري أو 
 التعرض للعنف، والرغبة في التجربة أو الهر
 وب من الواقع. كما قد تلعب وسائل الإعلام و
 التغيرات الاجتماعية دورًا في زيادة القا
 بلية للتجربة.أما الوقاية فتتطلب جهودًا م
 تكاملة، تشمل تعزيز التوعية الصحية في الم
 دارس والجامعات، ودعم الصحة النفسية للفت
 يات، وتقوية دور الأسرة في المتابعة والتو
 جيه، إلى جانب توفير بيئة اجتماعية آمنة و
 أنشطة بديلة إيجابية. كما تُعد البرامج ال
 توعوية والعلاجية المبكرة من أهم الوسائل 
 للحد من انتشار هذه الظاهرة.Substance abuse among gir
 ls is a significant social and public health issue influenced by psycholog
 ical\, social\, and cultural factors. The misuse of drugs is often driven 
 by causes such as psychological stress (including anxiety and depression)\
 , lack of awareness about risks\, peer influence\, family instability or e
 xposure to violence\, and curiosity or the desire to escape reality. Media
  influence and social changes may also contribute to increased vulnerabili
 ty.Prevention requires a comprehensive approach\, including health educati
 on in schools and universities\, mental health support for girls\, strengt
 hening family guidance and supervision\, and providing safe social environ
 ments with positive alternative activities. Early awareness and interventi
 on programs are essential in reducing the spread of this issue.\n\nhttps:/
