برزت اهمية وحدة التأهيل والتوظيف والمتابعة من خلال تدريب وتأهيل الطلبة بمهارات إضافية لغرض ادماجهم بسوق العمل عن طريق إقامة ورش العمل التدريبية الخاصة بهذا المجال.
كما تعمل على مساعدة وتوظيف الخرجين عن طريق الاتصال بالشركات والمؤسسات الحكومية لإيجاد فرص عمل تناسب تطلعاتهم وما اكتسبوه من خبرة اكاديمية في جامعتهم وخبرة تدريبية في شعبة التأهيل والتوظيف والمتابعة .
"The importance of the Qualification, Employment, and Follow-up Unit has become evident through its training and qualification of students with additional skills to facilitate their integration into the labor market by conducting specialized training workshops.
It also works to assist and employ graduates by connecting them with companies and government institutions to find job opportunities that match their aspirations and the academic experience they gained at their university, as well as the training experience they received in the Qualification, Employment, and Follow-up Unit."
