يهدف هذا اللقاء إلى تعريف طلبة الجامعات بتعليمات انضباط الطلبة وإلى دعم بيئة أكاديمية يسودها الاحترام والمسؤولية، حيث تُعد هذه التعليمات إطاراً ينظم حقوق الطالب وواجباته داخل الحرم الجامعي. وتشمل هذه الإرشادات الالتزام بحضور المحاضرات، واحترام الكادر التدريسي والإداري، والالتزام بالأنظمة الخاصة باستخدام المرافق الجامعية. كما تُعنى بتوجيه الطلبة نحو السلوكيات الإيجابية مثل المحافظة على نظافة الحرم الجامعي، والتعامل الحضاري مع الزملاء، والابتعاد عن أي ممارسات تخلّ بالنظام أو تعيق العملية التعليمية. إن توعية الطلبة بهذه التعليمات تسهم في ترسيخ ثقافة أكاديمية سليمة وتعزز من جودة البيئة الجامعية. ومن خلال التزام الطلبة بالسلوك المنضبط، تتحقق بيئة تعليمية أكثر أماناً وفاعلية تُساعد على تنمية مهاراتهم وقدراتهم العلمية والشخصية.

These guidelines provide a framework that regulates students' rights and responsibilities on campus. They include attending lectures, respecting faculty and administrative staff, and adhering to regulations regarding the use of university facilities. They also guide students toward positive behaviors such as maintaining campus cleanliness, interacting respectfully with peers, and refraining from any practices that disrupt order or hinder the educational process. Raising students' awareness of these guidelines contributes to establishing a sound academic culture and enhances the quality of the university environment. Through students' commitment to disciplined behavior, a safer and more effective learning environment is achieved, which helps develop their academic and personal skills and abilities."
