تهدف الدورة الى تعزيز الوعي القانوني والاداري بمخاطر الفساد المالي والاداري في دوائر الدولة، وبيان اثاره السلبية على المال العام والمؤسسات الحكومية، فضلا عن تحديد ابرز صور الفساد المالي والاداري مع استعراض الوسائل الوقائية والرقابية المتبعة للكشف عنه والحد منه في ظل تعزيز التعاون مع الجهات والمؤسسات الرقابية.
A training course organized by the Center of Urban and Regional Planning for Postgraduate Studies, presented by Assistant Lecturer Haider Adnan Sadiq, Head of the Legal Division.
This course is designed for faculty and postgraduate students.
The course aims to enhance legal and administrative awareness of the dangers of financial and administrative corruption in government departments, highlighting its negative impact on public funds and government institutions. It also identifies the most prominent forms of financial and administrative corruption and reviews preventative and oversight mechanisms used to detect and mitigate it, while emphasizing the importance of strengthening cooperation with regulatory bodies and institutions.
