نظمت وحدة ضمان الجودة في مركز احياء التراث العلمي العربي في جامعة بغداد صباح يوم الأربعاء الموافق ٢٤\١٢\٢٠٢٥ ورشة عمل بعنوان ( أثر المؤسسات التعليمية في ترسيخ ثقافة الحفاظ على البيئة الجامعية ) وذلك ضمن أنشطته الهادفة إلى تعزيز الوعي البيئي داخل الوسط الأكاديمي . وترأست جلسة الورشة المدرس المساعد جمان عدنان حسين التدريسية في مركزنا التي أكدت في كلمتها على أهمية هذه الورشة في تنمية الوعي البيئي لدى الطلبة والمنتسبين وتعزيز روح المسؤولية الجماعية تجاه البيئة الجامعية . وقد ألقت الورشة المدرس الدكتورة رؤى علي محمد من قسم الطاقة / كلية الهندسة في جامعة بغداد حيث تناولت خلالها الدور المحوري الذي تميزت به المؤسسات التعليمية في نشر ثقافة المحافظة على البيئة الجامعية وأهمية دمج المفاهيم البيئية في المناهج الدراسية والأنشطة الطلابية فضلاً عن تشجيع السلوكيات الإيجابية التي تسهم في تحقيق الاستدامة البيئية داخل الحرم الجامعي . وتمخضت الورشة عن عدد من التوصيات المهمة من أبرزها تعزيز الشراكة بين الكليات والمراكز البحثية لدعم المبادرات البيئية وإدخال مفاهيم الاستدامة والحفاظ على البيئة ضمن البرامج التعليمية إضافة الى تشجيع منتسبي الجامعة على المشاركة في الحملات والأنشطة البيئية داخل الجامعة واعتمادها من الممارسات الصديقة للبيئة في إدارة المرافق الجامعية . وخُتمت الورشة بالتأكيد على أن المؤسسات التعليمية تمثل الركيزة الأساسية في بناء ثقافة بيئية واعية وأن الاستثمار في التوعية البيئية داخل الجامعات يسهم في إعداد جيل قادر على حماية البيئة وتحقيق التنمية المستدامة في المجتمع . وقد شكرت ادارة المركز المحاضرة على جهودها متمنين لها دوام ألموفقيه والنجاح .
n Wednesday morning, December 24, 2025, the Quality Assurance Unit at the Center for the Revival of Arab Scientific Heritage at the University of Baghdad organized a workshop entitled "The Impact of Educational Institutions on Establishing a Culture of Preserving the University Environment." This workshop was part of the center's activities aimed at promoting environmental awareness within the academic community. The workshop session was chaired by Assistant Lecturer Juman Adnan Hussein, a faculty member at the center, who emphasized in her opening remarks the importance of this workshop in developing environmental awareness among students and staff and fostering a sense of collective responsibility towards the university environment. The workshop was presented by Dr. Ru'a Ali Mohammed from the Department of Energy, College of Engineering, University of Baghdad. During her presentation, she addressed the pivotal role of educational institutions in disseminating a culture of preserving the university environment and the importance of integrating environmental concepts into curricula and student activities, as well as encouraging positive behaviors that contribute to achieving environmental sustainability on campus. The workshop resulted in several important recommendations, most notably strengthening partnerships between colleges and research centers to support environmental initiatives, integrating sustainability and environmental conservation concepts into educational programs, and encouraging university members to participate in environmental campaigns and activities within the university and adopting environmentally friendly practices in managing university facilities. The workshop concluded by emphasizing that educational institutions are the cornerstone of building an environmentally conscious culture and that investing in environmental awareness within universities contributes to preparing a generation capable of protecting the environment and achieving sustainable development in society. The center's administration thanked the lecturer for her efforts and wished her continued success.
