تناولت الورشه بيان اهم المفاهيم للقياده وخاصه في الوقت الحاضر وفي اطار بيان الطرق والاساليب التي يمكن من خلالها اعطاء الوعي لدى الشعب الجامعي خاصه والطريق للوصول الى اتخاذ القرارات والتي قد تكون مصيريه وروح العمل لدى الاخرين وكيفيه التعامل داخل المؤسسات فضلا عن بيان الفرق ما بين القرارات الفرديه والقرارات الجماعيه.
The workshop addressed the most important concepts of leadership, especially at the present time, and within the framework of explaining the methods and techniques through which awareness can be given to the university population in particular, and the path to arriving at making decisions that may be fateful, and the spirit of work among others, and how to deal within institutions, in addition to explaining the difference between individual decisions and group decisions.
