تضمنت الرسالة دراسة تأثير كل من المستخلص القلويدي وكبسولاتة النانوية على نسب قتل بيوض ويرقات الطور الرابع وعذارى بعوض ال Culex quinquefasciatus وتأثيره التراكمي على هذه الاطوار، حيث أظهرت النتائج فروق معنوية عالية ما بين التراكيز المختلفة وتفوقت الكبسولات النانوية على المستخلص القلويدي في احداث نسب قتل عالية حتى مع التراكيز المنخفضة.
هدفت الرسالة الى دراسة تأثير كل من المستخلص القلويدي لأوراق نبات الداتورا Datura innoxia والكبسولات النانوية لهذا المستخلص على الأطوار غير البالغة لبعوض Culex quinquefasciatus بالإضافة الى دراسة التأثير الجاذب والطارد على البالغات
اوصت الرسالة بدراسة آلية تأثير الكبسولات النانوية لأوراق نبات الداتورا D. innoxia على المستوى الخلوي ومعرفة كيفية تأثيره على الجهاز العصبي للبعوض، بالإضافة الى تحضير كبسولات نانوية لمواد فعالة أخرى في نبات الداتورا D.innoxia ودراسة تأثيرها على البعوض ،كما اوصت بدراسة تأثير الكبسولات النانوية والمستخلص القلويدي لأوراق نبات الداتوراD.innoxia على حشرات طبية واقتصادية .

The Thesis included a study on the effects of both the alkaloid extract and its nanocapsules on the mortality rates of eggs, fourth-instar larvae, and pupae of Culex quinquefasciatus, as well as their cumulative effects on these stages. The results revealed highly significant differences among the various concentrations, with the nanocapsules outperforming the alkaloid extract by achieving higher mortality rates even at lower concentrations.
The thesis aimed to study the effects of both the alkaloid extract of Datura innoxia leaves and its nanocapsules on the immature stages of Culex quinquefasciatus mosquitoes, in addition to evaluating their attractant and repellent effects on the adult stage.
The thesis recommended investigating the mechanism of action of the nanocapsules derived from Datura innoxia leaves at the cellular level and exploring their effects on the nervous system of mosquitoes. It also suggested formulating nanocapsules from other bioactive compounds found in Datura innoxia and evaluating their impact on mosquitoes. Additionally, the study recommended examining the effects of both the nanocapsules and the alkaloid extract of Datura inno
xia leaves on other medically and economically important insects.
