أجريت هذه الدراسة في جامعة بغداد / كلية العلوم للبنات / قسم الكيمياء. أظهرت المركبات المحضرة بنجاح نشاطًا ممتازًا كمضادات للبكتيريا والفطريات، بالإضافة إلى قدرتها الجيدة على تثبيط الجذور الحرة.
تهدف الأطروحة إلى تحضير مركبات جديدة لم يسبق تحضيرها، والتعرف عليها باستخدام طرق طيفية مختلفة، وإثبات فعاليتها كمضادات للبكتيريا والفطريات، وتحديد فعاليتها كمضادات للأكسدة.
أهم التوصيات التي توصلت إليها الرسالة:
- إمكانية استخدام المركبات المحضرة في تحضير مركبات جديدة إضافية من خلال تفاعلها مع أيونات معدنية أخرى.
- إمكانية استخدام المركبات المحضرة كمثبطات للعديد من الفطريات والبكتيريا المسببة للعديد من الأمراض، ويمكن استخدامها في المجالات الطبية والصيدلانية.
- إمكانية استخدام المركبات المحضرة كمضادات للأكسدة، حيث يمكن استخدامها للقضاء على أضرار الجذور الحرة في جسم الإنسان، وما تسببه من مشاكل وتلف للخلايا والعديد من الأمراض المزمنة.
This study, which was conducted at the University of Baghdad / College of Science for Women / Department of Chemistry. The successfully prepared compounds demonstrated excellent antibacterial and antifungal activities, in addition to their good ability to inhibit free radicals.
The Dissertation aims to to prepare new compounds that have not been prepared before, identify them using different spectroscopic methods, prove their effectiveness as antibacterial and antifungal agents, and identify their effectiveness as antioxidants.
The most important recommendations reached by the thesis are:
- The possibility of using the prepared compounds in preparation additional new compounds by reacting with other metal ions.
- The possibility of using the prepared compounds as inhibitors many fungi and bacteria that cause many diseases. They can be used in the medical and pharmaceutical fields.
- The possibility of using the prepared compounds as antioxidants they can be used to eliminate the damage caused by free radicals in the human body, as well as the problems, cell damage, and many chronic diseases they cause.
