بأشراف الأستاذ الدكتور ليث مجيد حسين مدير مركز احياء التراث العلمي العربي في جامعة بغداد نظم قسم توثيق بغداد في مركزنا صباح يوم الثلاثاء الموافق ٣٠\٩\٢٠٢٥ في تمام الساعة العاشرة صباحاً وعلى قاعة الأستاذة نبيلة عبد المنعم داود وبحضور عدد من الأساتذة والاكاديميين ورشة عمل خارج الخطة بعنوان ( عوامل تحفيز الشباب على صنع القرار ) ترأس الجلسة الأستاذ المساعد الدكتورة رشا عيسى فارس رئيس قسم توثيق بغداد وألقتا الورشة المدرس الدكتورة لقاء شاكر خطار الشريفي التدريسية في مركزنا الباحثة الدكتورة ابتسام هادي كاظم \جامعة بغداد متحدثتان عن هدف تعزيز وعي الشباب بأهمية مشاركتهم الفاعلة في صياغة القرارات سواء على المستوى الجامعي أو المجتمعي واكتساب الطلبة مهارات أساسية في اتخاذ القرار السليم وتنمية قدراتهم القيادية بما يسهم في إعداد جيل قادر على تحمل المسؤولية حيث ركزت الورشة على محاور رئيسية منها مفهوم صنع القرار وأهميته حيث جرى توضيح الأسس النظرية والعملية لصنع القرار وأثره على التنمية الشخصية والمهنية ومشاركة الشباب في الحياة الجامعية والمجتمعية حيث تم عرض نماذج لمبادرات طلابية تطوعية ومؤسسية ودورها في تعزيز حضور الشباب في مراكز التأثير وأكدن الباحثتان على اتخاذ القرار الفعّال من خلال تدريبات عملية في تحليل البدائل، وتقدير المخاطر، واختيار الحلول المثلى وأعربن عن تجارب شبابية ناجحة من خلال استعرض المشاركون قصصاً واقعية ألهمت الحضور وأكدن على قدرة الشباب على المبادرة والقيادة حيث يعتبر وسيلة لبناء شخصية شابة واعية قادرة على التحفيز الذاتي في صنع القرار واعتمد القائمون على الورشة بأسلوب تفاعلي من خلال المناقشات الجماعية ودراسة حالات واقعية تخدم الفرد والمجتمع و وفي الختام شكرت إدارة المركز الباحثات متمنين لهن دوام الموفقية والنجاح .
Under the supervision of Professor Dr. Laith Majid Hussein, Director of the Center for the Revival of Arab Scientific Heritage at the University of Baghdad, the Baghdad Documentation Department at our Center organized an off-plan workshop on Tuesday, September 30, 2025, in Professor Nabila Abdul Moneim Dawood Hall, attended by a number of professors and academics. The workshop, titled “Factors Motivating Youth in Decision-Making,” was chaired by Assistant Professor Dr. Rasha Issa Fares, Head of the Baghdad Documentation Department. It was presented by Lecturer Dr. Liqaa Shakir Khattar Al-Shuraifi, a faculty member at our Center, and Researcher Dr. Ibtisam Hadi Kazem from the University of Baghdad.
The speakers discussed the goal of enhancing youth awareness of the importance of their active participation in shaping decisions—both at the university and community levels—while helping students acquire essential decision-making skills and develop their leadership abilities to prepare a generation capable of assuming responsibility.
The workshop focused on several key themes, including the concept and significance of decision-making, clarifying both its theoretical and practical foundations, and its impact on personal and professional development. It also addressed youth participation in university and community life, presenting examples of student initiatives—both volunteer-based and institutional—that strengthen youth presence in decision-making and leadership positions.The researchers emphasized effective decision-making through practical exercises involving the analysis of alternatives, risk assessment, and selection of optimal solutions. They also shared successful youth experiences, as participants presented real-life stories that inspired the audience and demonstrated the ability of young people to take initiative and lead—a crucial step in developing self-motivated, aware, and proactive individuals. The workshop adopted an interactive approach, engaging participants through group discussions and the study of real-world cases relevant to both individuals and society.
In conclusion, the Center’s administration expressed its appreciation to the presenters, wishing them continued success and achievement in their academic and professional endeavors.
