تناولت الأطروحة دور برامج القنوات الفضائية في العراق بعد عام ٢٠٠٣، والتوسع الهائل في بثها، وما رافقه من ازدياد في المخالفات القانونية، الأمر الذي دفع مجلس القضاء الأعلى إلى تأسيس محاكم مختصة بقضايا النشر والإعلام في بغداد.

The thesis examined the role of satellite television programs in Iraq after 2003, the massive expansion of their broadcasting, and the accompanying increase in legal violations. This prompted the Supreme Judicial Council to establish specialized courts for publishing and media cases in Baghdad.
