هدفت الورشة الى التعريف بالعقود بصورة عامة والعقود الادارية بصورة خاصة وتطرقت الورشة الى الشروط العامة والخاصة للعقود وكيفية التحضير لصياغتها ومن ثم وضع البنود الاساسية والجزاءات والضمانات التي يتضمنها العقد حفاظاً لحقوق الاطراف والقانون الواجب التطبيق في حالة نشوب نزاع بين الاطراف
The workshop aimed to introduce contracts in general and administrative contracts in particular. It addressed the general and special conditions of contracts, how to prepare for their drafting, and then establish the basic clauses, penalties, and guarantees included in the contract to protect the rights of the parties and the applicable law in the event of a dispute between the parties.
