تعد تعليمات الترقيات العلمية رقم (167) لسنة 2017والصادرة عن وزارة التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي الإطار القانوني والإداري الناظم لعملية ترقية اعضاء الهيئة التدريسية في الجامعات والمؤسسات الأكاديمية وقد جاءت هذه التعليمات لتواكب تطورات البحث العلمي ومتطلبات الجودة الأكاديمية، ولتنظيم عملية الانتقال من مرتبة علمية إلى أخرى (من مدرس مساعد إلى مدرس، ومن مدرس إلى أستاذ مساعد، ومن أستاذ مساعد إلى أستاذ)، ضمن معايير دقيقة ومحددة، ونتيجة تحول ترويج المعاملة من النظام الورقي الى النظام الالكتروني، هدف هذه الورشة الى اطلاع تدريسيي كلية الاعلام على اهم ما جاء بالمنظومة الالكترونية وكيفية ملء الاستمارة وتقديم الطلب عن طريق رئيس القسم للحصول على باركود كخطوة اولى في عملية التقديم الالكتروني، فضلا عن بيان ما طرأ من تعليمات وتغيرات على بعض الضوابط لانجاح عملية التقديم ومن ثم تسهيل الترقية في وقت اسرع.
“Academic Promotion Instructions No. (167) of 2017 issued by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research are the legal and administrative framework regulating the process of promoting faculty members in universities and academic institutions. These instructions came to keep pace with developments in scientific research and academic quality requirements, and to regulate the process of moving from one academic rank to another (from assistant lecturer to lecturer, from lecturer to assistant professor, and from assistant professor to professor), within precise and specific standards. As a result of the transition of promoting the transaction from the paper system to the electronic system, the aim of this workshop is to inform the instructors of the College of Media about the most important aspects of the electronic system and how to fill out the form and submit the application through the head of the department to obtain a barcode as a first step in the electronic application process, in addition to stating the instructions and changes that have occurred in some controls to make the application process successful and thus facilitate promotion in a faster time.”
