تُعد إزالة الوحمات بالليزر من الطرق الحديثة والفعالة للتخلص من بعض أنواع الوحمات الجلدية، خاصةً الوحمات الصبغية والوعائية. تعتمد هذه التقنية على استخدام أشعة الليزر المركزة التي تستهدف صبغة الميلانين أو الأوعية الدموية في الوحمة دون الإضرار بالأنسجة المحيطة. تختلف فعالية العلاج وعدد الجلسات المطلوبة حسب نوع الوحمة، لون البشرة، وحجمها وعمقها. وتُعتبر هذه الطريقة آمنة نسبياً، مع احتمالية حدوث بعض الآثار الجانبية المؤقتة مثل الاحمرار أو التورم.
