حقوق الإنسان هي مجموعة الحقوق التي يمتلكها كل فرد باعتباره إنسانًا، بغض النظر عن جنسيته أو عرقه أو دينه أو لونه أو أي سمة أخرى. هذه الحقوق تشمل الحقوق المدنية والسياسية والاقتصادية والاجتماعية والثقافية. تُعدّ حقوق الإنسان مبدأ أساسيًا يعترف به القانون الدولي، وتهدف إلى حماية كرامة الإنسان وضمان حريته في الحياة.

Human rights are a set of rights that every individual possesses simply by being human, regardless of nationality, race, religion, color, or any other characteristic. These rights encompass civil, political, economic, social, and cultural rights. Human rights are a fundamental principle recognized by international law, aimed at protecting human dignity and ensuring personal freedom.
