ظاهرة الطلاق في العراق أصبحت من القضايا الاجتماعية البارزة التي تؤثر بشكل كبير على استقرار الأسرة والمجتمع. تنشأ هذه الظاهرة نتيجة لمجموعة من العوامل الاجتماعية، الاقتصادية والنفسية، ويعكس ارتفاع معدلات الطلاق تحديات كبيرة تواجه الأسر العراقية. قانون الأحوال الشخصية العراقي، الذي يحدد حقوق الزوجين بعد الطلاق مثل النفقة وحضانة الأطفال، يسعى إلى تنظيم هذه القضايا، إلا أن تطبيقه يواجه صعوبات نتيجة لتحديات ثقافية واجتماعية. تبرز أهمية البحث في مخاطر الطلاق لضمان حماية حقوق الأطراف المتأثرة والحد من تأثيراته السلبية على المجتمع.
The phenomenon of divorce in Iraq has become a prominent social issue that greatly affects the stability of the family and society. This phenomenon arises as a result of a set of social, economic and psychological factors, and the high divorce rates reflect the major challenges facing Iraqi families. The Iraqi Personal Status Law, which defines the rights of spouses after divorce, such as alimony and child custody, seeks to regulate these issues, but its implementation faces difficulties due to cultural and social challenges. The importance of researching the risks of divorce emerges to ensure the protection of the rights of the affected parties and to limit its negative effects on society.
