Description
تهدف الدورة الى رفع خبرات وكفاءة الموظف الاداري سواءً على المستوى الاكاديمي او على المستوى الاداري، لمعرفه بحقوقه والقوانين التي يعمل تحت ظلها، فضلاً عن حدود صلاحياته ، تناولت الدورة واجبات وحقوق الموظف العام وفق قانون انضباط موظفي الدوله بدءاً من تعريف الموظف العام ووظيفته المكلف بها كالخدمة العامة (خدمة مجتمعية).
ورشة تقيمها الشعبة القانونية في تخصص العلوم الانسانية .للمدرس المساعد حيدر عدنان صادق .
تستهدف الدورة فئة التدريسيين والموظفين بصورة عامة .
The course aims to raise the experience and efficiency of the administrative employee, whether at the academic or administrative level, to know their rights and the laws under which they works, as well as the limits of his powers. The course dealt with the duties and rights of the public employee according to the State Employees Discipline Law, starting with the definition of the public employee and his assigned job such as public service (community service).
Assistant Lecturer Haider Adnan Sadiq held the course.
The course targets teachers and employees in general.
