لالاف المجلات العلمية التي تشترك فيها وزارة التعليم   العالي و البحث العلمي من كبار الناشرين بالاضافة الى مجموعة كبيرة من المواد التعليمية عبر الانترنيت لذلك من الضروري حث الباحثين على الاشتراك فيها

The Iraq Virtual Library for Sciences (IVSL) provides free access to thousands of scientific journals subscribed to by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research from major publishers, in addition to a large collection of educational materials available online. Therefore, it is essential to encourage researchers to subscribe to it.
