 تم اقامة الورشة وعلى قاعة اكرم فهمي عدد من الطالبات  والتريسيات بواقع 15 حاضر  

Objectives:

1. Introduce students to essential vocabulary used in airports.
2. Train students on how to communicate with airport staff.
3. Help students understand instructions and signs in airports.
4. Prepare students to overcome language barriers while traveling.

Target Audience: Students and beginner travelers.

 

Key Terminology:

• Bags: Suitcase, carry-on bag.
• Facilities: Security checkpoints, check-in desk, scale, boarding gate, customs.
• Signs: Flight schedules, gate numbers, remarks (e.g., delayed).
• General Instructions: Boarding pass, departure, baggage claim, proceed to the designated area.

Academic Field: English for beginners in travel contexts.

 

Recommendations:

1. Practice: Repeated use of terms in simulated scenarios.
2. Language Apps: Use apps that support travel vocabulary.
3. Engagement with Native Speakers: To enhance communication skills.
4. Familiarity with Security Procedures: Understand security screening steps.
5. Vocabulary List: Keep a reference list for airport terms.
