  Various approaches being researched for accelerated tooth movement  i.e., biological, mechanical, physical and surgical approaches, the surgical procedures have been found to be the most consistent and promising in achieving the desired results. However the invasiveness of the surgical techniques have resulted in their low acceptance by the patients ,micro- osteoperforation consider one of best noninvasive method in accelerated tooth movement.
