Research problem and objectives: Herbal materials are increasingly valued in dental practice. The aims of this study were to evaluate the active components of Moringa oleifera (M. oleifera) leaf extracts of plants cultivated in Baghdad, then examining their antimicrobial activity, cytotoxicity, immunomodulation properties, and bioactivity in two dimensional (2D) and three dimensional (3D) culture systems in comparison to MTA.
