باشراف الاستاذ الدكتورة الاء نافع جاسم نظم مركز احياء التراث العلمي العربي / جامعة بغداد صباح يوم الاثنين الموافق ٢٠٢٤/٣/٢٥ وبحضور عدد من الاساتذة والباحثين وعلى قاعة الاستاذة نبيلة عبد المنعم سمنار بعنوان ( الحداثة والموقف من التراث ) القى المحاضرة الدكتور مازن قاسم مهلهل التدريسي في مركزنا متحدثاً عن العلاقه بين التراث والمعاصرة و بين مدرستين : الاولى ترى ان العلاقه تقوم على اساس التحرر من القيود التقليديه والانفتاح على التفكير العلمي أما المدرسه الثانيه فقد وجدت ضروره التكامل بين التراث والحداثة ودمجهما من خلال التركيز على التراث والاستفاده من الموروث المعرفي والثقافي والفني وضرورة التعامل بينهما كعمليه ديناميكيه ومستمره بحيث يمكن للتراث ان يتطور باستخدام التقنات الحديثه . واضاف مهلهل أن التراث والحداثه هي أبعاد متكامله للتطور الثقافي والاجتماعي ويجب ان نحافظ على التوازن بين الابتكار والتقاليد من أجل تعزيز التنمية الشامله والاحتفاظ بالهوية الثقافية للأجيال القادمة ويعد الحفاظ على التراث أمراً هاماً للحفاظ على الهوية الوطنية …
Under the supervision of Professor Dr. Alaa Nafi Jassim, the Center for the Revival of Arab Scientific Heritage / University of Baghdad organized on Monday morning, corresponding to 3/25/2024, in the presence of a number of professors and researchers, and in the hall of Professor Nabila Abdel Moneim, a seminar entitled (Modernity and the Attitude towards Heritage). The lecture was given by Dr. Mazen Qasim Muhalhal, a teacher at our center, speaking about the relationship between heritage and modernity and between two schools: The first believes that the relationship is based on freedom from traditional restrictions and openness to scientific thinking. As for the second school, it found the necessity of integrating heritage and modernity and integrating them by focusing on Heritage and benefiting from the cognitive, cultural and artistic heritage and the necessity of dealing between them as a dynamic and continuous process so that the heritage can develop using modern technologies. Muhalhal added that heritage and modernity are integrated dimensions of cultural and social development and we must maintain the balance between innovation and tradition in order to enhance Comprehensive development and preserving cultural identity for future generations. Preserving heritage is important for preserving national identity
