تهدف الورشة إلى تسليط الضوء على التحديات والمشاكل التي تواجه متعلمي اللغة الإنجليزية، كالخجل والخوف والتردد من التكلم بها، الى جانب انعدام البيئة التي تمكن الناطق بالإنجليزية من استيعابها وتطويرها وصقلها بالممارسة مع الآخرين ، واكد غالب ان مشاكل تعلم اللغة تبدأ من المدرسة كونها الأساس في تعلم ابجديات اللغة، يسبقها المنزل وبيئته الإجتماعية، والتي تنعكس بشكل واضح في سوق العمل.
The workshop aims to shed light on the challenges and problems facing learners of the English language, such as shyness, fear and reluctance to speak it, in addition to the lack of an environment that enables English speakers to absorb, develop and refine it through practice with others. Ghalib stressed that the problems of learning the language start from school as it is the basis for learning the basics of language, preceded by the home and its social environment, which is clearly reflected in the labor market.
