رعاية الاستاذ الدكتورة الاء نافع جاسم مديرة المركز نظم مركز ‏احياء التراث العلمي العربي في جامعة بغداد صباح يوم الاربعاء ‏الموافق 2024/1/31 وعلى قاعة الاستاذة نبيلة عبد المنعم في مركزنا ‏ندوة علمية بعنوان (المرأة في منظور القيادة ) افتتحت الندوة بتلاوة ‏عطرة من الذكر الحكيم وقراءة النشسيط الوطني والوقوف لقراءة سوة ‏الفاتحة على ارواح الشهداء الابرار ‏واولى البحوث للدكتورة يسرى كريم محسن العلاق مدير عام الدائرة ‏الوطنية للمرأة العراقية في الامانة العامة لمجلس الوزراء بعنوان (دعم ‏مشاركة المرأة سياسيًا) متحدثة ‏تمتلك الدائرة الوطنية للمراة العراقية تجربة متميزة في مجال دعم ‏وتعزيز المشاركة السياسية للمرأة العراقية في صنع القرار من خلال ‏عملها على زيادة المشاركة في الانتخابات التشريعية للعام (2021) ‏والتي كان من نتائجها رفع مستوى تصنيف العراق في نسبة مشاركة ‏النساء في الهيئات التشريعية على مستوى العالم واضافت العلاق ان ‏هناك اهداف رئيسية للنساء القياديات ‏

الهدف الأول: مراجعة الأطر والإجراءات التي تعتمدها المؤسسات ‏لتعزيز المشاركة السياسية للمرأة في الانتخابات.‏

الهدف الثاني: توفير الحماية القانونية للمرأة في الانتخابات ووقايتها ‏من كل أنواع العنف أثناء الانتخابات

الهدف الثالث: زيادة الفهم المجتمعي ورفع الوعي في شأن أهمية ‏مشاركة المرأة سياسيًا

الهدف الرابع: تنمية وتطوير قدرات النساء للعمل السياسي والمشاركة ‏الفاعلة.

ثم بحث أ.م.د. ارواد محمد مالك / كلية العلوم السياسية/ جامعة بغداد ‏وعنوان بحثها ( اهمية وصفات المرأة القيادية الناجحة) متحدثة ان ‏المرأة ثروة بشرية متألقة بالمواهب والقدرات كونها النصف الثاني ‏للمجتمع اذ تتميز بقوتها في ادارة النشاطات الاجتماعية و الانسانية ‏واضافت ان المرأة مميزة من خلال قوة الشخصية حكيمة واثقة من ‏نفسها ‏ثم بحث د. الاء علي مجيد / المركز الوطني للدراسات السكانية ‏الديموغرافية / جامعة بغداد وعنوان بحثها ( التمكين الاجتماعي للمرأة ‏القيادية ) متحدثة ان التأهيل العلمي للمرأة ساعد وجودها وبقوة الى ‏عالم العمل وتكوين مسارها المهني في ضل وجود معوقات متعلقة ‏بالبيئة الاجتماعية والعادات والاعراف والتقاليد ‏ومسك ختام البحوث للاستاذ المساعد الدكتورة خمائل شاكل الجمالي ‏كلية العلوم الاسلامية جامعة بغداد وعنوان بحثها (تمكين مشاركة ‏المرأة مجتمعياً .. تعزيز وتحديات) متحدثة‏ تؤدّي المرأة دورها ولا يمكن أن تسير عجلة الحياة ؛ فالمرأة هي ‏نصف المجتمع وشريكة الرّجل وسنده ، وحين يقدّم الرّجل ما يستطيع ‏من جهد في سبيل الإنفاق على الأسرة ترى المرأة تنبري للقيام بدورها ‏في المجتمع بكلّ قوّةٍ وعزيمة ، وتمتلك المرأة صفات تميّزها عن ‏الرّجل وتجعلها قادرة على تقديم معاني الرّحمة والحنان لأولادها ‏ورعايتهم الرّعاية الصّحيحة ، ولا يمكن للرّجل أن يحلّ مكان المرأة ‏في الأسرة ، وهنا تكمن سنّة الحياة وتكامل أدوراها حين يعرف كلّ ‏طرفٍ فيها دوره ورسالته فيؤدّيها على أكمل وجه وفي الختام شكرت ‏مديرة المركز المحاضرين متمنيةً لهم دوام الموفقية والنجاح …

Professor Dr. Alaa Nafi Jassim, Director of the Center, organized a scientific symposium entitled (Women in the Leadership Perspective) at the University of Baghdad on Wednesday morning, corresponding to 1/31/2024, in the hall of Professor Nabila Abdel Moneim in our center. The symposium was opened with a fragrant recitation. From the wise remembrance, reading the national anthem, and standing to read the Surah Al-Fatihah on the souls of the righteous martyrs, and the first research by Dr. Yusra Karim Mohsen Al-Alaq, Director General of the National Department for Iraqi Women in the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers, entitled (Supporting Women’s Participation Politically), a speaker who owns the National Department for Iraqi Women A distinguished experience in the field of supporting and enhancing the political participation of Iraqi women in decision-making through its work to increase participation in the legislative elections for the year (2021), the results of which were to raise the level of Iraq’s classification in the percentage of women’s participation in legislative bodies worldwide, and Al-Alaq added. There are main goals for women leaders
The first goal: reviewing the frameworks and procedures adopted by institutions to enhance women’s political participation in elections
Second goal: Providing legal protection for women in elections and protecting them from all types of violence during elections
Third goal: Increase societal understanding and raise awareness regarding the importance of women’s political participation
Fourth goal: Developing women’s capabilities for political work and effective participation.
Then A.M.D. searched. Arwad Muhammad Malik / College of Political Sciences / University of Baghdad, and the title of her research is (The Importance of Successful Leadership Characteristics of Women), speaking that women are a human resource shining with talents and abilities, as they are the second half of society, as they are distinguished by their strength in managing social and humanitarian activities. She added that women are distinguished by their The strength of the personality is wise and self-confident. Then Dr. researched. Alaa Ali Majeed / National Center for Population and Demographic Studies / University of Baghdad, and the title of her research is (Social Empowerment of Women Leaders), speaking that the academic qualification of women has strongly helped their presence in the world of work and the formation of their professional path in light of the presence of obstacles related to the social environment, customs, customs, traditions, and behavior. The conclusion of the research by Assistant Professor Dr. Khamail Shakil Al-Jamali, College of Islamic Sciences, University of Baghdad, and the title of her research is (Empowering women’s participation in society... Strengthening and challenges). Speaker: Women perform their role and the wheel of life cannot move; The woman is half of society and the man's partner and support, and when the man makes the effort he can to spend on the family, you see the woman step up to carry out her role in society with all strength and determination, and the woman possesses qualities that distinguish her from the man and make her capable of providing the meanings of mercy and tenderness to her children. They are properly cared for, and a man cannot replace a woman in the family. Here lies the rule of life and the integration of its roles when each party in it knows his role and mission and performs it to the fullest.
