This study highlights the importance of a new method to extraction the genetic material (DNA) of the parasite Toxocara canis in its adult stage, a parasite of nematode worms that causes one of the common dangerous zoonotic diseases among humans and animals, the infection transmission from canids and cats to humans causing, "Toxocariasis" a disease characterized with the transition (migration) of the larval stage (L2) of this parasite from the intestinal wall to all body internal organs tissues such as liver, lung, brain, heart and other organs through the portal blood stream,
