Bones are more than just the framework that binds the body together. Bones exist in diverse forms and sizes and serve a variety of functions. Repairing defects in bones remains a significant clinical medical problem. To preserve skeletal integrity, bone is a highly vascularized tissue that relies on the intimate spatial and temporal interaction between blood vessels and bone cells advancements in platelet-rich plasma (PRP) have resulted in the creation of a novel product known as platelet-rich fibrin matrix (PRFM), which has a denser and more flexible structure.
