The chronic inflammatory disease “rheumatoid arthritis (RA)” mainly affects the joints. It exhibits a multifaceted clinical profile, whereby factors such as gender, age, and inflammatory indicators significantly influence its presentation and treatment outcomes. This study aimed to determine the levels of Tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF-α), Interleukin (IL)-6, Interleukin (IL)- IL35, and Interleukin (IL)-IL37 in the saliva of patients with Rheumatoid arthritis on Methotrexate (MTX) for at least six months in both responder and non-responder groups compared to healthy control group.
