Description

MARGINAL ADAPTATION AND FRACTURE RESISTANCE OF DIFFERENT RESIN MATRIX CERAMIC CROWNS FABRICATED WITH TWO DIFFERENT TECHNIQUES (MILLING AND 3D-PRINTING) (A COMPARATIVE IN VITRO STUDY)

Additive manufacturing is a developing technology that offers a compelling and practical alternative to traditional subtractive manufacturing techniques. The variation in manufacturing techniques could impact the fracture strength and marginal adaptability of indirect crown restorations. Therefore, this study aimed to assess the effect of additive and subtractive manufacturing techniques on the marginal adaptation and fracture strength of different resin matrix ceramic crowns.
