A master's thesis on cutting machines for palm pruning, discussed by College of Agricultural Engineering Sciences. The College of Agricultural Engineering Sciences, University of Baghdad, witnessed the discussion of the master's thesis entitled (ERole of compost and mycorrhiza under two tillage systems in improving some properties of desertified soil and growth of barley crop.) by the student Tabarak Salim Jassim under supervision by Dr. Bassam Aladdin Hamid from the Department of Desertifcation Combat.
The study showed that the tillage is important and ampacted on the agricultural practices and their effects on activity of the mycorrhizal fungus, and adding different levels of a type of organic fertilizer on some fertility characteristics and its impact on soil and plant properties.
